This is the manual for buying mame-shiba.
Mame-shiba is continuously gaining popularity in the world. It is difficult to get mame-shiba even in Japan. It is not rare even for Japnaese to be cheated into buying fake mame-shiba. Our kennel’s mame-shiba was the first to become the standard of the mame-shiba pedigree of the Kennel Club of Japan, and the oldest mame-shiba kennel in Japan.
Exporting Mame-Shiba Puppies
In order to bring mame-shiba to other countries, you must know the law of the importing country.
The basic necessities are,
①Import Permit (Prior Import)
②Microchip Insertion (ISO format 15 units)
③Combination vaccines (8 types) 2 times or above
④Rabies Vaccines 2 times or above
⑤Veterinary certificate – health check documents issued by a registered veterinary surgeon
Documents needed depend on the importing country.
Besides that,
⑥Serologic Test
⑦Residency Certificate
⑧Certificate of export quarantine
And others might be necessary.
Please check your importing country’s law to prepare necessary documents and explain to us.
How to Buy Mame-Shiba Puppies
Please make a reservation and wait for the mame-shiba to be born.
We will introduce customers to their puppy according to their reservation order and requirements.

bespeak mameshiba（For foreigners）
Depending on the gender and color, the waiting time will differ.
When your turn comes, we will introduce you to a puppy that is around 2 months after birth.
We will send you the link of the puppy introduction page through email. You can read it thoroughly and decide whether you would like to make the purchase contract with us. (Saying “yes I want this puppy” is considered the purchase contract)
The decision time is 1 week. If we do not receive any reply within a week, we will consider this as a forfeit of the reservation and introduction. When you make the purchase contract with us, please give us an expected date you would like to pick up the puppy. When you make the purchase contract, we would need you to deposit the full amount of “the price of the puppy” + “the related fees until the pick up date”.
(The account information will be informed when you decide to make the purchase contract.)
Please deposit the money within 1 week after the purchase contract is made.
If we do not receive the deposit, we will consider this as a forfeit of the reservation and introduction.
After we confirm the deposit, we will keep the puppy until the day of export.
Since the below process is necessary, the puppy will normally be exported 4 months after birth.
When the day of pick up is near, we will reconfirm the pick up date with you.
The customer (person who made the contract) must come to Japan to pick up the puppy.
Since documents will be prepared in the name of the person who made the purchase contract, if another person came for the pick up, there might be a risk of not being able to export the puppy. (Please inform us the person who will be responsible for exporting the puppy to avoid such trouble.)
The closest airport to our kennel is Kansai International Airport or Osaka International Airport.
We can bring the dog to the airport for you to pick up.
If the day of pick up is postponed to a date two weeks after the date agreed upon, extra fees will be charged.
Purchase Cost
The price of the puppy varies from 300.000 JPY to 600,000 JPY.
As for other costs, fees related to export procedures is necessary.

- Health Check by a Veterinarian
- Fees for the Veterinarian Certificate
- Fees of Keeping the Puppy Before Export
- Fees Needed For Getting The Export Quarantine
- Transportation Fee to the Airport
Etc. will be necessary.
The number of days after the purchase contract and transportation fee to the place of pick up will change the total amount. A total of 150,000 ~200,000 JPY will be needed excluding the price of the puppy itself.
The Price Difference of Mame-Shiba Puppies
The expensive puppies of our kennel are born of both parents who are of a relatively smaller size, and closer to the Japanese Dog standard. Even in the same standard, there are the differences of a fox face and a raccoon dog face. We consider puppies which have a short muzzle and a round face good in our kennel.
A small, raccoon dog face puppy will be more expensive. Even within the size of mame-shiba, the price of puppy born of relatively bigger sized parents will be cheaper.
A good quality puppy will be around 600,000 to 700,000 JPY.
If you are considering breeding overseas, please purchase a puppy of high quality.
A distinct quality puppy might cost more than 700,000 JPY.
Puppy Program
If only two times of combination vaccines is needed:
- 50 days after birth – First vaccine and microchip insertion
- 90 days after birth – Second vaccine
- 105 days after birth – First rabies vaccine
- 120 days after birth – Second rabies vaccine and veterinarian certificate
- Delivery
If three times of combination vaccines is needed:
- 50 days after birth – First vaccine and microchip insertion
- 90 days after birth – Second vaccine
- 120 days after birth – Third vaccine
- 135 days after birth – First rabies vaccine
- 150 days after birth – Second rabies vaccine and veterinarian certificate
- Delivery

日本国内でも本物の豆柴はなかなか手に入りません。
日本人でも偽物を買わされる人が多くいます。
当犬舎の豆柴は日本社会福祉愛犬協会（KCJ）が発行する豆柴血統書の基準となった最初の犬舎であり、
日本で一番古い豆柴専門の犬舎です。
豆柴子犬の海外輸出
豆柴子犬を海外に連れてゆくには、輸入国の法律を熟知する必要があります。
基本的に必要なことは、
①事前許可（パーミット）
②マイクロチップの装着（ISO規格１５桁）
③８種ワクチン接種 ２回以上
④狂犬病予防接種 ２回以上
⑤獣医師による健康診断の書類作成
国により必要な準備は違ってきます。
それ以外には
⑥血清検査
⑦在住証明
⑧輸出検疫証明書
等は必要になる場合があります。
必ず自国の法律を調べて必要な書類等をご用意していただき、こちらに説明をお願いします。
豆柴子犬の購入方法
事前に予約をし、豆柴子犬が産まれるのを待ってください。
予約順、条件に照らし豆柴子犬をご紹介してゆきます。
性別や色により、待つ時間は変わってきます。
順番が来たら、生後２か月程度の子犬をご紹介します。
メールにて子犬の紹介ページを用意しますので、見ていただいて、契約するかどうか決めていただきます。
商談期間は１週間です。１週間以内の返事がない場合は予約及び子犬の紹介の話は破棄されます。
契約時には受け取り予定の日程もご連絡ください。
契約の際は、子犬価格+出国予定日までの費用の入金を先にしてもらいます。
（口座情報は契約時にお知らせします）
契約後、１週間以内にご入金ください。
入金がない場合は、予約及び子犬の契約の話は破棄されます。
入金確認後、出国まで子犬を大事にお預かりしておきます。
子犬は出国のため下記の処置が必要となりますので、標準で生後４か月程度での出国となります。
受け取り予定の日が近づいて来たら、再度、受取日の日程の調整をします。
子犬の受け取りには必ず契約者（受け取り名義者）に日本に来てもらいます。
契約者名義での出国書類作成手続きとなりますので、契約者以外の方の場合、子犬が出国できない恐れがあります。
こちらの最寄り空港は関西国際空港か、大阪国際空港（伊丹）となります。
空港での受け渡しはOKです。
受け取り予定日が大幅に延長（２週間を超える場合）になった場合は追加料金をいただきます。
購入にかかる費用
子犬価格は日本円で４００．０００円から７００．０００円ぐらいです。
そのほかの費用に、
上記出国準備や手続きに関する費用が必要です。

総額で１５０．０００～２００．０００円程度が子犬価格とは別に必要になります。
豆柴子犬の価格の違い
当犬舎の豆柴でも高価な子は、より小柄な両親から生まれ、日本犬標準に近い豆柴子犬となります。
その中でも狐顔、狸顔の違いがあります。
当犬舎の豆柴はマズルが短く、丸っこい顔を良しとします。
より小柄で、狸顔の子は値段が高くなります。
豆柴サイズの中でも大柄な両親から出た場合は価格が安くなります。
平均的で良質な子犬の値段は、６００．０００円～７００．０００円程度になります。
海外で繁殖に使う場合は良い子をお求めください。
もっと良い子であれば７００．０００円を超える場合もあります。
